Located east of Chilliwack on the south side of the Trans Canada Hwy, the neighbourhoods of this area for the most part lift you off the valley floor to give you views to the north of lush farm fields and distant mountain ranges. Although there are some original homesteads in the hills the main thrust of building and development began in the 1990s and continues today. The area is made up of two main hills Marble Hill and Nixon Hill. Both hills are a mix of the older homes on acreages and newer residential homes from the modest to the grand! Between the two hills is the fabulous Falls Golf Course and Restaurant, which is also flanked by executive homes. Beyond this area to the east is, another golf course, Bridal Falls Golf Course, Bridal Veil Falls for a super scenic hike and for family fun, the Trans Canada Waterslides.
