Promontory Heights

Residential development began on Promontory Hill in the late 1980’s and has since that time been the neighbourhood of choice for many families relocating to Chilliwack and being drawn by the opportunity of new homes, incredible views and quiet family living.

A recently developed commercial area at “Four Corners” has added some shopping amenities to the previously “residential only” neighbourhood, making life here more convenient and taking away the need to “drive down the hill for milk”. Promontory Heights has just two access roads, Promontory Rd which travels up from Vedder Rd, and the Prest Road Bypass providing easy access to and from the highway just east of town.
