Only 10 mins to either downtown on the north or malls to the south

Located west of Chilliwack between the Trans Canada Hwy and the Fraser River, Chilliwack Mountain offers a chance to get away from the main corridors yet has the convenience of being only a short drive to shopping and services in either Chilliwack or Sardis.

The property types have become quite varied over the years. The first homes in this area were developed primarily in the 1960s on small and medium-sized acreages that for the most part capitalized on views of the mighty Fraser. In recent years more intensive development saw the introduction of strata communities both bareland strata lots and townhouse projects. Maple Hills, The Trails at Longthorn, Vista Ridge, Westpointe and Retriever Ridge are amongst those stratas. On the northern side of the mountain you will find Sunrise Estates, an area built up in the 90s, and on the topside you will discover Chilliwack Mountain Estates, acreage lots and executive homes which also immerged in that same time frame.  On the south side neighbourhoods of Copper Ridge and Retriever Ridge on residential lots are the latest additions.

There is no commercial development on the mountain at all.
